1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing ISOmDB, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

2. The Role of Lemon Squeezy 

Our order process is conducted by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the reseller of our product and handles all payment-related inquiries, tax collection, and compliance. By placing an order, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Use of License 

Subject to your payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ISOmDB for commercial use. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

• Resell or redistribute the service without explicit written permission.

4. Account Security 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ISOmDB is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISOmDB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Termination 

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
