Refund Policy

At ISOmDB, we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Because our payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record), the following terms apply to all refund requests:

• Standard Refund Window: We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions and one-time purchases.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within the refund window. We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect platform abuse or if significant portions of the digital assets/API credits have been consumed.

• Renewals: Monthly and annual subscription renewals are generally non-refundable unless requested within 48 hours of the charge. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

• Chargebacks: We encourage you to contact support before initiating a chargeback. We strive to resolve all issues amicably and quickly.

• How to Request a Refund:
